You know the kind I'm talking about. I want to turn one of my pile of empty cigar boxes into something useful, but every place I've looked only sells them in quantities suitable for a collection of hundreds of pens. (Here's where you insert the snide comment about my recent pen buying binge.) I really don't plan to build a colossal pen collection, so I'm looking for a place that sells enough to outfit one cigar box. Anyone know of such a place? Thanks in advance...

wooden dowels and felt James,... should be cheap and easy to do,
Half the dowels so they sit flat cut to length, spread evenly apart glue and cover with felt
