Pen Loop

Ha! I saw your title and thought that maybe you meant this. I have 2 of those Belomo Loupes because I'm a geologist by training, but I find them infinitely useful when smoothing fountain pen nibs. If anyone needing a loupe (aka triplet) reads this, I can highly recommend the Belomo Loupes. They're free of distortion until you get close to the lens edge, which gives you more usable viewing area than other triplets I've used. They're all metal (except for the lenses of course), which makes them seriously heavy duty. Anyway, sorry to hijack the thread right from the get go.

Always in my shirt pocket when carrying, no loops. Old habits never die.

I have a Belomo loupe too, Andrew .. highest quality.

A very useful thread hijack. You will find no complaints from me. I now know where to turn to if and when I ever need a loupe. :thumbup1:

Interesting. I tend to keep mine in a pocket, but if i kept a notebook it would be handy.

As for the other kind of loupe, I use a Belomo too.

I have a small note book made specifically for something like that with the back cover wider than the pages and front cover.

I like the Belomo loupes too, but I still carry my Bausche & lomb 10x loupe with me the most. A very good quality loupe.
