I'm looking everywhere and I can find no definitive answer to this. "Triple Plating" is the only thing that is actually stated. Triple plated what? Does anyone know for sure what plating is on the Flexi? I have read some people referring to the chrome plating, but I can find no tangible reference to this from Pearl.

Very often, triple plating refers to copper, nickel, and chrome.

Ok...but it's also a very, very good razor. Different knurling on the handle and is available in OC unlike the REX, if that matters. I have the OC and gotta tell ya, it's manufactured really well and very easy to use. So while it's a lot less $$ than the Rex it's still an excellent razor on its own.

First off the Rex is not the original so it can't have a knock off of it!!
Fun fact of the day: The Flexi, Rex, Heritage, and Yaqi are all knock off's of the Gibbs adjustable razor!!
