100% Sure Andy won’t release it again. Technically it’s impossible.
Sure it’s subjective. What I like is it was designed around the feather pro (non guarded blades). It is a mild but efficient shave. I actually really only enjoy this as an AC Razor, but I hear great things about AD razors in France.
Anyhow - there are 100 or so out there. They come up occasionally, if you want one you will have a chance eventually.
Now what is the AD razor you speak of ?
