PAL Injector Hard to Adjust

I have a PAL Adjustable injector, and the adjusting knob is very hard to turn. On my other PAL, it is much easier. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I've the same problem. Seems to me that these razors have very tight tolerances and perhaps they loosen up after some use. Mine came to me looking almost new, except for the fact that it had a rusty blade sitting in it. The ruse sort of spread around a bit and the mechanism of the razor was very hard to adjust.

After cleaning things were much better, but still a bit tight. What I do is this: I just run some water over the razor and then adjust it. It seems that the water lubricates it just fine.

You can also soak the head in WD-40, because this issue you are describing results from slight corrosion or oxidization in the head.

Soaking in the WD40 or mineral spirits might help. I suspect it might just be gunked up with some old creams, oils, whatever. The mechanism itself is very simple, there's almost nothing that could fail mechanically.
