Our New Brazilian Koa Hardwood Floor

Greetings from Mendel and Gilligan!

A happy wife is a happy life. To that end, my wife finally got her wish...hardwood floors in the living room and dining room. After visiting 4 flooring places, we decided to go with Bellawood's Brazilian Koa. Here's some pictures of earlier today as the work progressed. Please let us know what you think.

Great choice in wood.

Wood floors are "neked" without Persian carpets to keep them company....

heck even my shave den has Persian carpets in it

My last house had red oak,very nice,but yours look more beautiful,more "woody"...great job !.I also do not like germy wall-to-wall rugs or fake wood laminate floors that outgas formaldehyde 24 hours a day.Nice choice !
