What's new

Ouch, can u help id this knife

It would be perfect for Mr. Imperial, easiest sharpening longest lasting edge ever. Plus it was very cheap, but it was given to me and the script is Japanese on the knife and on the box. I dont know where my former chef use to get them, he gave one to all of his employees.

Wow. She's purty. :001_tt1:

I don't know if its a Misono or not. The Misono line that has the dragon is stamped Swedish steel on the side opposite the Dragon and there isn't anything stamped under the dragon.

It looks very similar to the Misono.

Shawn, I keep telling you: no tempting links that lead to new and expensive ADs!:ohmy:

Bill, I almost never go to knife sites. The temptation is just too great.

The problem with nice kitchen knives is that they are sooooo nice to work with. Someday when I'm not a student I'll pick up a couple more of these beauties.

It looks like the dragon on the Misono carbon, but I never saw it on the left side of the blade.

I know its not a misono, and I cant find the maker anywhere. Just thought I would try, thanks.

For a hundred or so bucks I would keep looking, I own this knife and the blade is great but the handle is kinda shabby. I was under the assumption that this knife was cheaper when I reccomended it.
