Just got a bottle of the Osage. Tried a bit with my morning routine. The burn is great and I think this will do wonders as a refresher in the Texas heat.
Makes me realize how even more amazing of a deal I got. Purchased that size for $6 at a local Barber Supply. Glad i jumped on it. Love the stuff.
Love this stuff. Especially in the warmer months.
It would be nice to live in a city with a legit barber shop supply...or a barber shop for that matter! Sally's leaves something to be desired.

If anyone is in Albuquerque you can get it for $7 a bottle at the Barber College. I've got 2 bottles now, but plan on stocking up when I go there next month.
I've been using The Rub all week; a few drops on the wet face right after the final rinse. It chills as it dries while I'm rinsing gear and wiping up, etc.
Then, I've been applying a dose of regular aftershave (non-mentholated Avon Weekend in this case)...and GASPING at the TURBOCHARGED REACTIVATION of the menthol FREEZE. Hoo-hah!!
Since the one thing that never impressed me about

was the smell, I'll be using it in this way--as my AS "undercoat"--all summer!

In case the Albuquerque Barber College has ran out, Advance Barber Supply has it (and some other AS) for a little over $6.

I actually pushed a few menthol crystals down into a small tub of Prosaro shave cream. It really gives the lather a cooling kick. It does not take but a very few crystals, too many will overwhelm you in a hurry with menthol vapors.
