origin of red personna blades?

Im sure this has been talked about before, but I was wondering where do the red pack Israeli Personnas originate from? No one seems to know, and personna does not know they exist. So, for an online store to sell them they have to order them from somewhere? So whey cant they find out who actually makes/sells/produces these things?

Unless I am missing something, which I probably am since Ive been away for a long time, Id like to know where they come from.

Unfortunately that just says what I was asking. I know they are made in Israel but ASR does not know about them. So, how can a company make something they dont know anything about? and When a vendor purchases these for resale, they have to get them from someone who knows it cant be that hard to trace them to a manufacturer...can it?

Ok, busted. They are made in Israel, by a CIA front who uses them as a cover selling razor blades in Islamic countries.

ASR, and the CIA which owns it can thus say "we know nothing!

So if not Israel, where?

Why not ask a vendor, West Coast Shaving, say, and post the response?

Or better yet, consolidate this thread with that other thread, the repository of all things related to "Israeli" blades?
