I have finally decided to order some. I would like to know from others who have experience with their products, how do you know which ones to order? I would like to order several soaps and understanding which is which on the website is difficult. Suggestions?

Go from these. There are other sizes and packages available but these are the usual ones. Note that postage from France and MdC packaging is very expensive.

Other option is to pick up MdC in Paris but it costs more in Paris than on the site. There is also supposed to be a guy in the US that sells MdC. I do not know what his relation to MdC is...
Enjoy the best shaving soap on earth! (YMMV of course).
For the shaving soaps it is as easy as quoted, and right now they are all available including the Fougere.
If the OP is referring to their other soaps he needs good luck in selecting as the site is not very informative.
If in doubt, why not send them an email?

I am asking about the shaving soaps. I believe bosseb answered my question. I am contemplating ordering the scented, unscented, Fougere, and the frankenbowl looking thing. All or nothing!!! Lol!
Go big! I do recommend their bath soaps if you're going big. I really like their lavender, fougere and rose.
You guys that have ordered directly from mdc, how long did it take before you received your order?
I ordered March 27, delivered April 10. France to Ireland.
Buy Aqua di Parma instead, it smells better. Both are tremendous soaps, the best you can buy but I like the ADP scent a lot better.

Keep in mind the Scented and Brain Bowl are the exact same soap and scent.
I ordered on a Saturday, got the email that it shipped on Tuesday. It arrived the following Tuesday at my home in Florida.
, 5 days this time.
I don't care for lavender so it was very easy for me.
The options are really just regular scented, unscented and fougere. The rest is all packaging.
What is the scent? One person's "better" isn't necessarily the next's. At least give people something to work with to see if your preference is similar to their own.

To me it was a complex version of Arko. There I said it.
MdC wins over XXX/AdP to me. It also agrees with my face, whereas AdP/XXX did not.
