I just shaved, and it was one of my most enjoyable ever. So I thought I would share. Three passes, WTG, XTG, ATG, plus cleanup.
Razor: EJDE89Barley
Blade: Feather (Second shave)
Brush: B&B Essential Boar Green Handle
Cleanup: Schick Injector G4
Scuttle: Robert Becker Medium
Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Pre-Shave: GFT Lime Skin Food
After Shave: Dominica Bay Rum
Until recently, with tremors, I have been nervous about the ATG part, but lately...first with Personna Blue Labs and then with the Feather...I have been accomplishing this more and more often without bleeding or razor burn. So tonight I had time for a leisurely shave. I am not sure if I will every achieve BBS all over because my neck hair grows in a funny pattern. I can shave north to south (ATG) with, at most, a little razor burn, and WTG...south to north with no problem at all. I just cannot get a really close shave there, at least not yet. I had problems under the nose and on the chin as well, but clean up with the G4 has solved that. Tonight, when I was done, I was very satisfied with what I had accomplished. And reiterated the joy of a good wet shave.
