Omega Boar issue

I have an Omega Boar brush that has become for the lack of a better word "pokie" I have tried using conditioner to no avail. What could the issue be and what can I do to fix it?

I'm afraid I don't understand. Do you mean that the bristles have become stiff?

a little stiff and scratchy would be a better way to explain it. Does that make more sense?

Omega boar brushes, like other boar bristle brushes, require a break in period. What you can do to expedite the process is dry the tips with hair dryer set to hot. This will split the ends and soften the brush for your face. You can also lather up the brush and set down overnight. For me, this seemed to lessen the stiffness. I have my Omega boar bristle in a state where is soft on the face and perfectly broken in.
