What's new

omega b&b boar brush

i know lots of you have them, every time i realize theyre back in stock they sell out before my next paycheck. so what do you think of them?

I was at WCS this past weekend and picked one up. I haven't used it yet though...

It looked like they only had two boxes left on the shelves. However, don't quote me on that.

It is a great brush for face lathering soaps. It's hard to find such a high quality brush for anywhere near its price.

I'll be honest. I just bought one because I wanted to try a boar brush. But now the orange sold out and I'm thinking a new color is about to be released...

Dang! Maybe I should have waited?

yea ive been meaning to buy one, the blue, the green, and now the orange. they keep getting back in stock right before my rent and other bills are due so i have to wait another two weeks and by then it is gone. maybe this time ill get lucky.

Great, little brushes. They handle soap and creams equally well. Out of the box, they are soft and require almost no break-in period. Absolutely worth the price, IMHO.

Now half as wise

Agree completely. Compared to this one, my other Omega took forever to break in, and still isn't as soft as this one.

so what ive gathered so far is... you guys need to stop buying them until after ive bought mine . id greatly appreciate it.

A) Next pay day put up a wTB in the BST. Someone will have a spare somewhere

B) Save 20 out of next pay packet and get on the WCS mailing list so you'll be first in line for the polka dot version next time. Oops, I said too much.....

Received my orange handle last week, and I've used it 3 times. It is getting softer each and every lather. I was most surprised at the weight of the handle with is very comfortable for my larger hands.

Just got mine. Smells like the brush is still attached to the carcass. Got any tips to de-funk other than animal shampoo or dish soap?

make a few "practice lathers" with some bay rum or other strong smelling soap/cream. worked for me.
