Old, New, or Frankenrazor

I believe this is and old type razor. But can't find a serial or date code or any real identifiers. If any one can help identify much appreciated. Mods if in the worng forum please move. Posted from my phone and won't allow me to rotate the pics.

It look like a Gillette "Old" to me. There were some years that serial numbers were not used. You can easily research that on the 'net. I am uncertain if any of the Old's had a ball handle. It may be a Frankenrazor.
