never knew lifebuoy made shaving cream, used to love the smell of lifebuoy soap when i was a kid, i have not seen it for years, burma shave cream as well, knew they made razors, but never knew they made creams, a few months ago i came across a imperial leather shaving soap dish, they still make hand soap, but again i never knew they made shave soap years ago, it would be good if some of these old soap brands started making some of their shave soaps again.
I wish it was mine... WOW!
Ah the smell of Life Buoy! Yes a great memory. Speick bar soap evokes that for me and the shave stick too. I still use Burma Shave instead of a period at the end of a sentence.My neighborhood drug store in the 1950s'. Thanks for the post!!
