haven't seen one on ebay for awhile what do you think it would fetch.

A good deal of money. The MK 31 are the best Heljes out there.

What it would fetch on Ebay depends on who's bidding and how badly they want it. What it is worth requires a different calculation. I've had a few come through my hands, one in tortoise shell and the others in ivory, and paid between $50-$100.
That piece of junk? $5 - tops. I'll do you a favor and take it off you hands for $10, but you have to cover shipping. 
Nice blade. There have been a couple almost identical MK31s with ivory in the B/S/T and they seem to be fetching $100ish.
EDIT: I just realized this is NOS ... the MK31s in the B/S/T for $100ish were not NOS.

I agree that it would draw a good deal of coin for being NOS, however the 31's are the most prevelent. the 32 and 33's are larger, heavier and more rare that will fetch more money.

I'm thinking NOS, Ivory scales, MK 31 should be a little better than $80 on ebay based on what you've all said so far.

It all depends if you like Swedish steel.
I find they take a superb sharp edge but they are also a hard , stiff steel that has very little forgiveness.
Some will love them some will not. A bit like brown bread or white bread.
Anyway if you put on E bay, it will find its price.
Simiarly, if you put up for sale on this forum and overprice it, it usually just doesn't sell.
Whatever, it's a nice looking razor.

A good way to see what the value is is to put it on ebay but with a high reserve just to see what it gets up to.
