I'll be getting a free ounce with my new Boswells pipe but I have some reservations and questions. It is apparently their strongest English blend, but in the grand scheme of things, how would you guys rate it on depth and strength of flavour (I'm not concerned with nicotine)? I'm wondering because I know there's cavendish in it, and every English blend I've tried that had cavendish in was very mild (read flavourless). I'm finding that the only milder English blends I enjoy also have a distinct Oriental component to them to spice it up a bit.

Funny you mention tire fire. Just read an article about how farmers used to burn tires in their apple orchards to stave off untimely late-season frosts.
Not bad, not my favorite. Personally I find Nightcap much stronger.
