I happened to be passing London Pharmacy (8th Ave between 22nd & 23rd streets) just before and they have a sign out advertising a free straight shave courtesy of Aqua di Parma. Hours are from 5PM - 9PM by appointment. They only had a couple of slots left when I inquired at about 3:30PM.
