New to me razor

This is smaller than my Thiers Issard 5/8" razors. I wanted a small blade for around the ears on the neck shaves when I do haircuts. I been trying to get it sharp on my vintage Pike Ezy-Edge barber hone here in class without success. I will try it on the Belgian Coticule whetstone when I get home tonight.
