New to injector's, not sure about blades

I just picked up a pair of Schick Injector's off the bay(I believe both are type L) and had a few questions about blades. So far I have a few DE's and a GEM with a wide variety of blades.

1. Do only the Schick branded blades work?
2. Are there any different blade types currently sold in retail locations, such as coated, stainless, or I've seen Ted Pella mentioned.

I'm open to any suggestions and would like to buy a pack or two to try these out, not looking for bulk quantities at the moment.

Schick and Personna blades work. There are some other blades that fit a different type of injector and are longer so I don't know how the dimensions of the Ted Pella and Schick blades may differ.

For a regular Schick injector, as Jim pointed out, there's pretty much only the Chinese Schicks (widely available in local pharmacy most of the time) and the Ted Pella (Personna blades).

Other than that, vintage blades are all I can think of. If you are looking for modern made, it's those two yes. I find the Schicks to be a notch better but don't mind the Ted Pella.

The Chicks (Chinese Schicks) are a very good blade, IMHO. They are a little pricey compared to the bulk-buy Pellas, but they come in a metal injector that is a vast improvement over the plastic injectors. They also last longer than most DE blades, which improves the cost-benefit ratio. They give great shaves, and I am on my 14th shave with my current blade with no sign of it wearing out.

Schick injector razors give some of the best shaves possible.

I've found the Schick blades to be top notch as well. The ASR/Pella blades are usable but not first choice for me, but worth trying. It's worthwhile in my opinion to hunt down some NOS out of production injector blades as well. Most of them are just ridiculously sharp and smooth.
