Found this today, a Bontgen & Sabin made in Solingen.

Can anyone tell me anything about the manufacturer and this blade?

I didn't pay a lot for it, so you can't hurt my feelings.

Böntgen & Sabin aka BONSA brand was one amongst the Solingen makers, involved in crafting switchblade knives, bayonets, balisong (butterfly type pocket knife)... They made a few straight razors

Bonsa closed the their production in 1982. They have been in business since at least the mid 1800's. You did well. Once honed up it's a great shaver.
