New? Ach. Brito aftershave- Agua de Colonia Antiga

proxy.php

I was pondering getting a bottle of Ach. Brito Lavanda, when I noticed they offered another bottle of old fashioned aftershave cologne. The description says the notes include neroli, sicilian lemon, bergamot zest, thyme flower, camphor, and rosemary. So it sounds like it's some kind of macho, mediterranean eau de cologne. Anybody try it?

(this is my first post, I will introduce me in the newbie-section later...)

When the Lavanda was out of stock last week, I decided to try this one.
The scent is very, very citrus fruit, mixed with the old-fashioned 4711 eau de cologne. Certainly in the beginning the citrus is overwhelming. Not too sweet, but fresh bitter. Then after a while the herbs are coming through, mostly thyme. Just like the Lavanda it doesn't last very long. After two hours it is almost gone. Just a little hint is all that remains.

I used it, like the Lavanda, together with some 444. And it has the same quality: a fresh, shaven feeling all day. A wonderful AS.

Since Lavanda is my favourite, I don't know if I will continue to use it, but I don't regret this bottle.

(As for the macho mediterranean, I'm almost the opposite I'm afraid. Living in the Netherlands where it's just 12° Celcius at the moment...)
