New A/S products

These 2 have just popped up.I believe they are both from Italy,can't quite make out all the writing.....anyone have experience with either of these ?

The Di Ci Pi bottle looks like a copy of Vitos bottles,but Vitos are 400ml ,this one is 500ml.
