Need polishing tips for nickel plated razor.

I would use Flitz. Avoid anything with ammonia, such as brasso as the ammonia will remove and damage nickel.
I like Maas metal polish. Apply a thin coat to the razor and then immediately buff with a micro-towel or a soft rag. You will like the ease of use and the shiny results.
