Cella.

Because it's cheap
It's easy to lather.
It's got tallow
It shaves great
It's moisturising
I didn't like any almond scented stuff til I tried it.

But it's not a cream.

Well it sorta is, but it isn't, but kind of is, but it isn't. Does it really matter? It's a hybrid. It's almond, it's as easy to lather as a traditional cream. In fact it's more moisturising than most creams I've tried, and I don't buy the 'soaps are slick, creams are cushioning' thing. A good shave product is a good shave product.

Cella is definitely one of my favorite products, and with a nice mild almond scent. I'm not sure if there is a technical difference between a soap, at least these "soft soaps" like Cella, and shaving cream. Hmm....soap + cream = scream! :thumbup1:

Acca Kappa 1869
TOBS Almond Shaving Cream

Both have a nice, pleasant scent and both make for a wonderful lather.

+1 on the Cella.

I had a tub and it lathered like a SOB! One or two swirls and you have the proverbial "Explosion of Lather" you see people refer to so often. Alas, for me the smell was something I could not get past so I PIFed it. The new owner loves it!!

Cella,
Valobra Almond,
Acca Kappa 1869.

Cella, Crema Sapone Extra Extra Purissima is my number 1 choice. Always, not only when talking about Almond scented creams and soaps.

Yet to try the Cella, but I have had great success with the TOBS Almond... Great performance and scent to match...

I am very fond of the TOBS Almond shave cream as well. It provides a top notch shave in every respect. I think that it is a great value as well. GFT Almond SC is a good choice as well. Cella is a fine product with a great scent, but it is really more of a soft soap than a cream. I got a great shave with it yesterday.

Regards,

Doug
