I have a Pelikan 1000 with XF nib that ink just falls out of. I have been writing with a fountain pen exclusively for 35+ years. I do not have a heavy hand. This phenomenon occurs with all inks tried in this pen (7 or 8 different inks). I have sent this pen to a "repair shop" for adjustment and saw only slight improvement in ink flow. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME??? Thanks, Doc

Which repair shop? Have you tried contacting Pelikan themselves?

Pelikan less than helpful. Told me to try using their inks only! Same thing Parker says whenever I've had a problem with a Duofold.

I don't think he does pen repairs anymore.
Is the feed flooding or is the ink running past the threads in the body/nib interface?
Really? I've been away from the pens scene too long
How about Aaron from Pentiques? In the past, I had Nathan Tardif do excellent repairs for me, but he probably does not accept repairs anymore as well.
