Mystery Soap

I’ve been cleaning out the den lately and and way in the back I found an ~100 gram piece of shaving soap(?),and I have no idea what it is. It was wrapped in tissue paper that had 7iel or Tiel written on it (not by me). My wife tells me I has an slight oriental/incense smell.

Anyone have an idea what soap this could be?

Kell's and Kiehl's are both soap brands that I've heard about that may be close.

If it is a clear/translucent soap like a Melt & Pour or Glycerin based is might be Kells.

I received a soap sample one time that looked similar to your pic. It turned out to be a hand soap. I'm not saying yours is hand soap, though.
