My Skin HATES TOBS Avocado

I thought my technique was off, but I figured out it's my TOBS. My razors pulls and tugs with that mess on my face. I'm looking for the glide I get with my ZIRH Shave Cream. I know ZIRH is a bit taboo on here, but it works for me.
Waiting on my Truefitt and Hill sampler pack to see if those work better.
Also, waiting on my Mama Bear Dublin Tweed shave soap.

Anyone want to take the TOBS off my hands?

I'm surprised, the TOBS Avocado usually gets alot of love around here. But with all things B&B, YMMV.

I like the lather, but not the scent.

It seems that I get a little burn when I use TOBS, jury is still out on this.

I'm allergic to avocado. I certainly can't eat it and if I leave the TOBS Avocado cream on my face for too long, it irritates my skin. It provides great shaves for me, though.

I'm not sure how long you have been wet shaving so, please, don't take any offecnce to my comment.

My feeling is that your lather making technique may not be up to speed.
I may be a slow learner, but, it took me a good 6 months before I was able to whip up an acceptable lather on a consistent basis. It can be tricky to get the raitios right.

Avocado was the second cream that I bought. It will always be in my rotation. Used it this morning in fact. Very, very slick stuff.
