What's new

My old - soon to be New-Old Brsuh

One of my favorite brushes has been well used (as you can see from the photo).

I was lucky enough to have a fellow on here fabricate me a replacement handle out of acrylic.

i won't say who made it, but I can give you his initials (RV......:wink2:) When I get home, I'm going to finish knocking out the old knot & set it in the new handle. More pic's to follow....

Looks nice Tim.

I got a chance to hold the new RV 1305 handle today and must say, it is a beauty.

Keep us posted on the progress

That "RV" gentlemen, whoever he is :wink2: , really does some good work. Enjoy!

Nice 1306 (1305+1!).... the wear on the original handle shows this brush is well loved indeed!

well loved or it's constantly getting caught in the giant moustache and he's dropping it

either way, the transplant looks awesome....looks even shinier in the transplant pic, I have a feeling the penman polished it up even more.

Well Done Tim.
