Just taught my twin brother how to wet shave over the weekend. He had been skeptical for a while of my hobby, but decided to try to convert for monetary reasons. The first thing he said when his shave was over was, "that was really enjoyable." Not the greatest shave, but as he said, better than what he gets from a cart with less irritation. Plus, I let him use my Arlington AS, and he was instantly enchanted by the scent.
I let him "borrow" 3 of my soaps (like I'm ever going to see them back), gave him an old Saville Row brush, an old Merkur HD, and a blade sample pack. He has texted me everyday since to tell me about his progress, and today he was proud to report his first DFS. Very rewarding experience. Now if I can only get him to join B&B...
