Different brands, different makers. However, some non-Swaty makers would label their barber hones as "Swaty" hones. I imagine today that would result in copyright infringement lawsuits up the wazoo.
There was another thread (old one) that was recently brought up from the vaults of B&B that mentions Montgomery Ward Lakeside hones. You may want to try doing a search of B&B threads for "Lakeside" or "Montgomery Ward", if you haven't already. Usually searching old threads turns up some useful stuff.
