Thanks for spotting this. I think we are safe, but I'm not an expert on this matter.
The security flaw affects vBulletin version 3.8.6 ... according to the BBC article. This version was released on July 13.
Badger and Blade is powered by vBadvanced version 3.0.0 ... according to the B&B homepage.

Wow, that would be bad news if random people could log in to the moderator accounts.
