Milk Churn Churned

I'm in the midst of a trade with Brian W. and while it isn't a brush that is to be part of any trade he, and his SWMBO, graciously included the Simpson Milk Churn in the box for me to try.

This was a fun morning for me. I got some Trumper samples yesterday, had a cool new brush to try, and it was also time for a new blade.

I used Trumper's Violet cream and I have to say that I was somewhat miserly applying it to my face after showering. I let it sit there for a while and then whipped it up to a creamy consistency with the MC.

I love how the handle feels in my hand and I also enjoyed the way the brush felt on my face. I did 3 passes plus touchups and still had lots of cream left in the brush to apply to my face while cleaning up the razor and brush before rinsing it off.

I also used the Trumper Coral Face Food for the first time so it was a great day of firsts!

Trumpers Violet cream + anything = a great shave, but with the Milk Churn, it's guaranteed to be a treat.

What Bob didn't say... was he sent me 20.00 to donate to Operation Smile in my wifes name for her allowing me to send him the "churn" to try. I had to polish it really well to get her clutching fingerprints out as I pried it from her hand.

Classy act Bob... when I make the donation from the Eagle contest, I'll do your's as well

What a wonderful exchange is going on here. Brian's graciousness and Bob's humility. Two true gentleman!! The Milk Churn is one of the most beautifully designed handles. We need a high resolution pic someone.
