The Mary Kay Company of Dallas Texas has purchased West Coast Shaving from our own moderator LetterK, John. At 1.75 million, John said that he couldn't turn down that kind of money for his company. This sale will provide for his family for college and quite a nice nest egg for he and his wife to live on for years to come. He will continue to be active at the company as an consultant, but can not post any more details about it because of a clause in the contract.

Mary Kay has been interested in the mens grooming field and with John's connections they look at this as a great opportunity.

Folks this is absolutely true. I was part of a test group about a month ago. They sent me some of their canned shaving cream. Had no idea they were in the works to buy WCS though, that's a shocker.
