I know very little about these revival pens except that a few renowned sellers are now stocking them. How does it write?

I do know I get pretty excited when I use one of my pre-war Swan Mabie Todd & Co pens made in the US.

Congrats on the new pen!

Congrats on the new pen!

It writes very smoothly (medium nib). For whatever reason, this pen is more comfortable when posted.

I've had/got a couple of the Mabie-Todd vevival pens. One was stolen before I got much use out of it. Both it and the one I have now -- this one:

write very well. They are all medium nib pens, but relatively inexpensive. Depending on collection you should be able to find them under $80 and probably much less. I can't compare them to a vintage Mabie-Todd as I never used one, but I like new ones a lot.
