So I'm no expert but this has got to be some snafu right?
Check out the blades, so thats what they are going to do to your face if

OK, it's French I know, but still that has to be one unfortunate translation of words there, guess they were never selling those kits outside France then.

Haha. In this case mince means thin (as in thin blades I guess). But I guess you're right in that they were never intended for sale outside of France.
