Hello,
I recently acquired a tube of Musgo at a local luxury retailer here in Rochester (Parkleigh to be precise, also had eShave stuff!).
Wow - I am impressed! I love my Prorasso, but this stuff felt noticably slipperier in my opinion. I don't know if it was the lanolin or just the fact that I was using my old Gillette Mach 3 (being a noobie and having an interview I didn't want to walk in with a bloody face), but I could barely feel the blade on my face. I even did three passes with no irritation!
How do tallow-based soaps or creams compare to lanolin-based ones? I am thinking about trying QCS or Mystic Waters perhaps since I know they both do samples.
Best Shaves!
Ryan
