Looks like a really grungy Black Tip SS. Did You buy it? Or just see it for $40? I picked this one up for $10 shipped just like you see it. I haven't cleaned it yet for my use. That one will probably clean up really nice. Most of them do.

I love looking at Etsy. I thought it was funny with the old case and newer razor mismatch. There was also a an old type in a plastic 70's case.
