Well, if it's a major spree, then hit all the bases:

Adjustable, New, Old Type, Injector, SS, modern Merkurs. One of those should take care of you.

You forgot to add Single Edge Gems to the list, and the Edwin Jagger/ Muhle razors. I would start with an Edwin Jagger/ Muhle though, very little on the market today is able to compete with it's overall quality, or the smooth shave they provide.
