King Razor Mfg. Co. Kings Double Temper

Hi guys!

My birthday just passed and my Dad suprised me with this straight razor; so now I get to buy a strop...

Can you guys tell me anything about this particular razor/company? It came in a nice leather pouch with the company logo stamped on as well. Any ideas what the scale is made of?

they are great shavers when properly honed. i like my king alot.
