That's a GD 84. I recognize it because I just got mine yesterday

Well, mine was designated as a GD 74, but I see them listed somewhat interchangeably.
I honed a GD 204 and it turned out great shaver, I was not expecting much from a cheapo like that but was pleasantly surprised.
