J.Moreton & Co Straight Razor

Hello all,
picked this razor up at a market, could anybody tell me if this is worth getting restored or am I wasting my time with it.
On the shank the following is written - "J.Moreton & Co Ltd Sheffield"
The razor appears (at least to me) to be in a medium condition, the scales would need replacing as they have a lot of chips / pieces missing. The edge is also fairly chipped and would need work.
Which brings me to my second / third questions, how much approx would this cost to get restored and is there anybody in Australia that is currently restoring?

I did not find this razor in the "Guide To Razors", but from the pictures it looks like a talented professional could make a good razor of it. I would suggest you contact Glen Mercurio (gssixgun). I wouldn't trust anyone else for a fast, honest appraisal and absolutely first-rate work at reasonable prices. (No, we are not related). I found a page called Straight Razor Manufacturers and Dates of Operation and it listed the following

JOHN MORTON & CO
Wolverhampton, Sheffield and London
In business in 1892

I wonder if this is the same and should be listed as John Moreton & Co, as the straight I have was also made in Sheffield. Not sure only a guess, I am still new to the whole thing.
