It looks like one to me.
Yes deff a #15 although it not in great condition, there's a better one ending 30mins earlier with case which might be worth a look at as well

i just got it for 38 bucks...good price?
Its a little plated but still a steal for 38
Doesn't look as though it has any bent teeth. If the TTO works OK, it's a good deal.
Good deal, suggest getting it replated and it will look a dream.
