Is this a Gillette handle? (pic included)

Saw a picture of an old type but the end of the handle doesn't look right. The it doesn't look like the single ring end. Then I thought it was a ball end that the ball had fallen off, but that's not right either. The head is a Gillette (the head has the stamp) but is the handle from something else. I did look through Mr Razor but nothing looks right.
What do you think?

Agreed - Probak. You might also say that they took over Gillette.
