Interesting Travel Set

I picked up this "after market" travel set recently just because I wanted the razor that it came with, but it's really pretty cool looking. As you can see, there is the cased razor, a comb, two brushes (one for hair, and one for shoes or clothes?), and three tubes (one with a tooth brush, one with a shave brush, and one with a soap stick) all neatly compartmentalized in a zippered leather case that is in remarkable condition.

However, THIS is what I was after: What ended up being a pristine British NEW #77 two-piece razor set.

Is the #77 the same razor as the #88, just in a different case? The #88 is an excellent razor, well-made, balanced, and with the 2-part assembly, seems to be protoyping the TTO design.

I never had a #77 but yours looks like a mint beauty! Thanks for the photos.

WOW r_n_b, that is an outstanding travel set! You see so many sets with Tech razors and although nice, they certainly don't stand out like this one. That #77 looks fantastic and would stand on its own. In the set, you have one rare beauty! Congrats!
