If there were just 25 hours in a day

With just one more hour in a day I'd get to read more of what I want to read here. There are things I plan on reading, but there are so many other things to read I get distracted and never get to read it all.
Okay, maybe 26 hours.

you should support my unfeasible initiative to build a giant hoop around the equator and spin it against the earth's rotation in order to slow down its angular momentum thus extending the day length to 30 hours!

The way I figure, once the dust settles and people get used to it, we get to have 9-10 hours of sleep, 10 hours for work, and 10 hours for recreation and house chores. That's got to be enough :001_smile
Plus the hoop could be used for transportation later...
Plus then my internal clock will finally be in sync with the rest of the world!

So many pluses :001_tt2:

Trust me, there's never enough time! The breadth and wealth of the contributions here is amazing! (The Clown House is kinda' nice, too.)

Definitely a never ending battle. Work 8 hours a day, weight training 1.5 hours a day, 2 year old son..... never enough time. Luckily we are getting more daylight which definitely helps.

... you'd barely have time to post your "if only there were 26 hours in a day" thread. :001_tt2:

I think 48 hours would be sufficient for a day-I'm going all out.

Think about it: almost anything you budget time for takes twice as long, so why not a day?
