I think I've found the razor blade for me

I got a blade sample pack, and started with Astra SP. I'm on my second blade Personna Labs, and I get such a comfortable shave with them, I don't think that I want to try the other blades in my sample pack.

They are on a lot of B&Bers' lists of top three blades, and I think they are an outstanding value (my stash averages about 15 cents/blade with shipping).

If you like Personnna Labs, might want to try German Wilkinson Sword. Very similar to Labs in my experience (I prefer them to Labs). And you can get for less than $2/10 at some Walmarts now.

If you think you have found the one you like shave with all that you have to make sure. Then go out and get 100 of them.

Astras and Blue Labs are number 2 and 3 in my book, with Feather at # 1.

I can't say wilkinson is not smooth for the first shave, but is only the first shave for me, while personna lab lasts 3 shaves with consistent smoothness/sharpness. I pushed it for testing purposes for 4 shaves, but not always perfect, so I stick to 3.

I went through a lot of blades on my shaving journey, and I finally settled on the Labs. I don't think they can be beat for smoothness, forgiveness, and value.
