I just picked up a Schick Repeater (B1), but it is missing the spring assembly. I am contemplating trying to make one from spring steel and aluminum stock. Does anyone have a repeater and set of calipers to take a few measurements for me?
In my B1s current state, I can pull out the lower assembly, drop a blade in and push the assembly back in and it will load a blade just fine, but I thought it might be a fun project to give it a shot of making a new spring assembly.
