Greetings friends.

Well, I've finally tried an Omega boar by way of the B&B emerald, and I'm in love!
I want this same knot but much bigger - what Omega model am I looking for to achieve this?

I have a SOC and bigger yes.....like the omega knot not even close IMO. Don't get me wrong, I love my SOC but the B&B knot is a custom omega built to B&B specs and its hard to find a brush with the backbone and soft tips that it has.

DOH! My apologies as I now realize my quick and dirty iphone thread wasn't too clear.
I've had over a dozen Semogues, including the SOC, and what I really meant to convey is that this is my first omega brush and I'd really love to find the identical knot in a much bigger Omega brush.

Here are my remaining boars (or combos), less the SOC which was just put up for a PIF a few days ago.

One thing I really love about the Omega knot is it reminds me of my favorite boar, the Semoge LE Finest 2.

You can view the measurements for a selection of Omega brushes at shavingplace.com and shoeboxshaveshop.com. But as the Seanusa said, this was a custom knot for B&B. I would contact Gary at Shoeboxshaveshop, as he carries an extensive line of Omega brushes & he knows which series have the better boar bristles.

I like the B&B brush, but I totally love that omega boar. It's taller, it has better flow through, and I love the amount of splay it has compared to the B&B. So, if those factors are ones you like about the B&B, I'd suggest that 31064.
