Vetiver!!!!!!!! Sensational stuff. I bought a 2ml sample bottle of Carven vetiver and I think I'm hooked.

Guerlain Vetiver is great. Also, give Lalique Encre Noire a try: wet vetiver joined by smoky, woody notes. Wonderful.

I think I'll probably end up getting a whole lot of different brands of Vetiver. Once of the things that really struck me about it, is that it is a year round scent. Generally in the warmer weather, I'm pretty much a lime scent wearer but now we're in winter, I'm using woody, leathery tobacco scents. I can see Vetiver working well in all seasons.
